You have activated and configured Trust Badges for your store. After receiving new reviews, the number of reviews and ratings shown on your Trust Badge does not update.

This could be caused by the following reasons:

  • All Trust Badges are cached and updated once a new review is submitted to improve performance. Please check the 'Trust Badges' page in the plugin's settings, if the number of reviews on your Trust Badge has not been updated.
  • You might be using a third-party plugin that creates caches pages of your site and serves them instead of original pages. To resolve this problem, please check settings of the caching plugin and either configure an exception to prevent caching of pages with Trust Badges or create a rule for periodic purge of page cache.
