A frequent question that we receive is if it possible to limit the number of reviews a customer can leave for a product / service. Some store owners would like to limit the number of ratings to one rating per customer. If the customer has ordered the second time, they should not be able to rate.


The plugin has an option to limit the number of reviews a customer will be invited to write for a product / service. This option requires using CR Cron for scheduling review invitations and a professional license key. To enable this option, please tick 'One review invitation per product and customer' checkbox in the settings for sending review reminders in your account at www.cusrev.com.



If you would like to limit the number of reviews a customer can leave per product in the free version of the plugin, you should use manual review invitations (see How to Manually Send Review Reminders).
